1. Current position
The public KXRA marketing website does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. KXRA will not activate non-essential cookies until a consent control is available and the Cookie Notice identifies the provider, purpose and duration.
The private platform uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage needed for sign-in, security, invitation redemption and the selected organisation workspace.
2. Strictly necessary storage
Supabase authentication cookies maintain the signed-in session and refresh it securely. Their names may include the Supabase project reference; their duration follows the authenticated session configuration.
kxra_organisation stores the selected organisation context. It is secure, same-site and limited to the private platform. kxra_join_intent temporarily protects invitation redemption and is deleted when redemption finishes or the short-lived intent expires.
3. Consent
Strictly necessary storage does not require consent because the requested secure service cannot work without it. Any future analytics, marketing or preference storage will remain off until you make a choice. Refusing non-essential cookies will not block the core service.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies using browser settings, but blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent secure sign-in and workspace access. If KXRA introduces a consent centre, you will also be able to change non-essential choices there.
